This is part of my recent body of work which currently has 20 pieces inhabited by a group of pop-surrealist fantasy characters in related environments. The cartoon style is meant to distance viewers from morbid content. You might notice an outdoor art or graffiti art influence in the large scale acrylic paintings along with nostalgic cartoon characters, and dimensional travel between fantasy realms, where there is danger, ignorance, and possibly malevolence at work.
